Q. How do I place an order?

A. First please fill in the order form in ORDERING section with your enquiry and then submit it. Please let us know what items you are interested in, the quantity, how you wish to pay, shipping preference and where you want it sent. We will reply as soon as possible with an estimate on your total and can then finish placing the order.

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

A. 1. PayPal Transaction -- You can make a payment through PAYPAl which is the safest, easiest-to-use, and most cost effective online payment system available. Please see detail on ordering page and confirm your order details and total amount before making the transfer.

2. TT,bank draft,check/Money order -- you can make a money order by bank or post office. Please confirm the order details, payee name and total amount before drawing your money order.

Q. How can I pay with a credit card?

A: We regret that we are unable to directly accept a credit card transaction at this time. However, if you are able to establish a PayPal account in your name, you could very easily use your credit card account to support your PayPal account. In doing it this way, when you pay us using your PayPal account, the payment is charged back to your credit card, as we understand it. On that same note, you could pay us through Western Union using your credit card, too. For your concern of accounts security and convenience we strongly recommend you choose Paypal payments.

Q. How much does shipping cost?

A. Worldwide flat rate $14 airmail 4-10 day delivery (special condition applies). Just add $2 shipping per additional item you choose($5 for Manuka Honey). Economy post options are also available at 13-25 days if preferred. Insurance is automatically included!
All delivery costs will be added to your order on an AT COST BASIS! We don't add anything extra and we take care to get your order to you as inexpensively as possible. Delivery costs are determined by weight, destination and delivery times.

Q. Why are shipping costs not included in the price as many other sites do?

A. There is a substantial difference in the cost of shipping based upon the size and weight of your order as well as destination. If we simply assume that the cost of shipping one item is proportionally equal to shipping five of the same item, we would be making an expensive mistake on your behalf. We have seen a number of sites who do just this but it is our intention to make these wonderful items here at NutrientsNZ as available to you as possible which includes offering the best shipping services and rates, which means we evaluate every single item ordered.

Q. How long does it take to deliver an order?

A. We promise to provide you with timely and accurate delivery of products. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt. (Processing time does not include weekend days.) Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. (Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.)

A. In the rare event that wrong products are received, the correct products will be reshipped, and charges for the product value corrected, only if the received products are returned in an unopened, resaleable condition.
